The Offer
Conference attendees who book a hotel room at The Watergate Hotel for the nights of June 12, 13, and 14, 2022 inclusive for $239 per night (excluding applicable taxes and hotel fees) will receive a $150 discount on the Early Bird conference registration rate. These bookings must be made by December 17, 2021, and they are non-refundable after December 29, 2021.
Terms and Conditions
- Only 62 rooms are available under the offer.
- The offer is available up to and including December 17, 2021.
- The hotel booking is non-refundable after December 29, 2021.
- The hotel booking must include three (3) nights: June 12, 13, and 14, 2022.
- Only one (1) discounted registration rate is available per hotel room booking.
- If you cancel your hotel booking on or before December 29, 2021, your discounted registration ticket will be cancelled. You will then be able to register at the current rate.
- If you cancel your registration ticket after December 17, 2021, an administrative charge of 8% will be applied.
Procedure
- Access the Derrida Today Conference reservations page at The Watergate Hotel (please use the link provided in your Conference Information letter, or email derridatodayconference@gmail.com to receive it).
- Book for the nights of June 12, 13, and 14, 2022 at the non-refundable rate of $239/night.
- Your hotel invoice will indicate that the booking is non-refundable after December 29, 2021.
- Email your Watergate Hotel invoice to derridatodayconference@gmail.com to confirm you have booked a room under the terms of this offer for the registration rate discount.
- Derrida Today will send you an email that contains a link our private Discounted Early Bird Registration page at Ticket Tailor, and a password to enter the site. Once in, follow the instructions.
